Every Gerber Guitar is guaranteed to be free of any material defect, structural issue, or other defect due to builder workmanship, for a period of five years from the date of completion.
Issues not covered by the warranty may include but are not limited to: finish scratches from normal use; fret wear; cracks, dents, or other defects due to misuse or mishandling; material defects due to exposure to extreme humidity or temperature; any defect or failure due to modification of the instrument.
Round-trip shipping costs for warranty work are the responsibility of the owner.
Any new instrument shipped directly from Gerber Guitars includes a five day approval period. If for any reason the guitar is not met with full approval, a full refund minus all shipping and international import fees will be issued once the guitar has been re-sold.
